Specialising in Psychodynamic
Psychotherapy
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents and children. I offer therapeutic support for a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, high levels of anger, eating disorders, compulsive behaviours, low self-esteem, abuse and trauma.
I trained at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust as a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with children, young people and families. I later trained with ECS as an adult psychotherapist allowing me to work with individuals of all ages. Prior to working privately, I was a clinician within Social Services offering therapeutic support as part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services team (CAMHS), working with a range of needs and high-level trauma.
I also have extensive experience providing therapy in schools.
I offer both short- and long-term interventions depending on the needs of the young person. Wherever possible, when working with young people I seek to work collaboratively with the family and network around the young person.
I offer in-person therapy from consulting rooms in London NW3 as well as Zoom sessions.
